Green County Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 4 Nov 2015

Indictments brought against 5 individuals. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 4 Nov 2015:

  • Randell Glenn Patton (04/06/1984), S Water St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00044. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 2 - Criminal abuse, 1st degree, child 12 or under. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $50,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Dexter Blake Britton (08/14/1984), N McCullum Ave, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00045. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Assault, 4th degree, 3rd or greater within 5 years. Bond set at $2,500 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Devin T. Miller (12/26/1994) Pittman Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00046. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree 1st offense (cocaine). Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia-buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of marijuana. Count 4 - License to be in possession. Count 5 - Operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc. .08, 1st offense. Count 6 - Failure to wear seat belts. Bond set at $1,000 cash, no illegal drug use, no alcohol use.

  • Jeffrey R. Beard (09/15/1960) Bloyds Poplar Grove, Buffalo, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00048. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of handgun by a convicted felon. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $20,000 full cash, no firearms, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Stacy Lynn Wilson (02/18/1978) S Second St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00047. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Robbery, 1st degree. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition all others under $500. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.
