Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Fri 2 Oct 2015 Indictments brought against 11 individuals, including residents of Taylor, Marion, Adair counties. Charges include theft by unlawful taking, rape, sodomy, fleeing police, wanton endangerment, possession of controlled substance, and burglary. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Friday, 2 October 2015:
