He attended Western Kentucky University and was a retired farmer. Funeral services will be Friday, Sept. 18, 2015 at 10amCT at the McMurtrey Funeral Home, 2232 Summer Shade Road, Summer Shade, KY, with Bro. Mark Parks officiating. Burial will follow in the White cemetery in Sulphur Lick. Visitation will be Thursday, September 17, 2015 from 4pmCT until 7pmCT, and on Friday from 7amCT until the funeral at 10amCT.
