She was a native of Clay County, TN, and a resident of Cumberland County, KY at the time of her death. She was member of a highly regarded family with deep roots in Tennessee and Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Clure Westmoreland and Leada Walker Westmoreland. She was the widow first of James Ruel Moon, Sr. and second, Wallace Wells. She leaves five direct and two step living descendants. She was the daughter of the late Clure Westmoreland and Leada Walker Westmoreland. She died Tuesday, September 15, 2015, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 85 years, nine months, and 29 days. She was a former employee of Bob Evans and Alpine Resort. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Ruel Moon, Sr., her second husband Wallace Wells, and one daughter, Anita Carol Moon, and one brother, Cullom Westmoreland.
