Mr. Marvin Lee Coomer, 69, Taylor Co., KY (1946-2015)

He was a native of Chicago, IL and a resident of Campbellsville, KY, at the time of his death. He was the son of the late Van Clee and Edra Faye (Wingler) Coomer. Mr. Coomer was of the Baptist Faith. He was physically disabled in this life but is made perfect in heaven. Although confined to a wheelchair, he still was able to fish, a sport he loved very much. An oft repeated family quote is, 'There will be no wheelchairs in Heaven.'

Mr. Marvin Lee Coomer, 69, departed this life on Sunday, September 6, 2015 in Campbellsville, KY, at the Taylor Regional Hospital.

A private graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the Green River Memorial Cemetery, 3441 Old Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718, with burial to follow. Bro. Haywood Riner will be officiating. There will be no formal visitation.

Mr. Marvin Lee Coomer was the son of the late Van Clee and Edra Faye (Wingler) Coomer. He was born July 21, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois and departed this life on Sunday, September 6, 2015 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY. He was 69 years, 1 month, and 16 days of age.

Mr. Coomer was of the Baptist Faith. He was physically disabled in this life but is made perfect in heaven. Although confined to a wheelchair, he still was able to fish, a sport he loved very much. An oft repeated family quote is, "There will be no wheelchairs in Heaven."

Marvin is survived by a sister, Betty Warren, and her husband Wendell of Campbellsville, KY, their children, and a host of other relatives and friends. Send condolences to the family of Mr. Marvin Lee Coomer
