Funeral services for Nora Porter Hammond will be 2pmCT, Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Carroll Egnew and Bro. Tony Stephens officiating. Visitation will be after 12pmNoonCT, Wednesday, September 2, 2015. Interment in the Ridgecrest Cemetery.

She was born January 22, 1952 in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, to Marie Smith Porter and the late Carthel R. Porter. She died Sunday, August 30, 2015. She died Sunday, August 30, 2015, at the age of 63 years, seven months, and eight days.

She was a former medical secretary and was a member of Russell Springs Christian Church.

  • Sister: Anne Gibson, Somerset, KY

  • Brother: Paul Porter, Somerset, KY
