He was a native of Russell County, KY and his final resting place will be in McBeath Cemetery in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Otha & Vada Wilson Blair. His wife Blair, survives. He leaves 11 direct and 9 step living descendants. He was retired from General Electric after a career working on aircraft engine. He was a United States Navy veteran and will be accorded full military honors by the Russell County Honor Guard at committal rites.
