Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments TUE 4 August 2015

Indictments brought against 10 individuals, residents of Taylor, Marion, and Russell counties. Charges include theft by unlawful taking, criminal possession of forged instruments, criminal mischief, wanton endangerment, shoplifting, assault and burglary.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 4 August 2015:


  • Christopher C. Belcher (D/O/B: 08/01/1980), N. Court St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00107. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Burglary 2nd degree. Bond set at $15,000/10%, no contact with victim or residence.

  • Tasha C. Smith (D/O/B: 11/08/1972), Taylor Blvd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00108. Charged with 18 counts. Counts 1-16 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Count 17 - TBUT or disposition of contents from vehicle under $500. Count 18 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,000 cash. No contact with victim.

  • Rashad M. Dunn (D/O/B: 08/26/1989), Phillips Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00109. Charged with 4 counts. Counts 1-2 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 3 - Criminal mischief, 1st degree. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured, no contact with Robert Cruz. MCR reporting and weekly testing.

  • Christopher D. Spalding (D/O/B: 10/25/1993), Caudill Ln., Lebanon, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00110-001. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 3 - TBUT or disposition shoplifting under $500. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured.

  • Jeremy Webb (D/O/B: 09/14/1985), Caudill Ln., Lebanon, KY, Indictment No. 15-CR-00110-002. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 3 - TBUT or disposition shoplifting under $500. Bond set at $5,000/10%.

  • Gary Money (D/O/B: 07/02/1953), Landon Pl., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00111. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Assualt, 1st degree. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Misty Gibson (D/O/B: 03/29/1978), Friendship Pike, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00112. Charged with 10 counts. Counts 1-2 - Assault, 2nd degree. Counts 3-5 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 6 - Criminal mischief, 1st degree. Count 7 - Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs aggravating circumstances, 1st offense. Count 8 - Failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st offense. Count 9 - No registration receipt. Count 10 - No/expired registration plates. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Carrie Johnson (D/O/B: 03/28/1979), S Hwy 127, Jamestown, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00113-001. Charged with 18 counts. Counts 1-17 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 1st degree. Count 18 - Prescription control substance no in proper container, 1st offense. Bond set at $1,000 cash. No contact with victims.

  • Anita Barrera (D/O/B: 05/14/1977), N. Poplar St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00113-002. Charged with 17 counts. Counts 1-17 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 1st degree. Bond set at $1,000 cash. No contact with victims.

  • Dennis Lamer (D/O/B: 06/06/1975), Indian Trail, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00113-003. Charged with 17 counts. Counts 1-17 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 1st degree. Bond set at $2,000 cash. No contact with victims.
