Ben Arnold: BJF has great idea for covered walkways Great for economic development Ben arnold writes: Billy Joe has a great idea with covered walkways. Access and comfort would encourage people back into the town center. This is the center of our Community and it is a beautiful town center. Billy Joe's idea is financially possible and would also improve economic development. The first impression of a town is decisive when anyone thinks of starting a business. I think accent lighting of the buildings on the Square would also add to the town center. Let's all think more about this and look for methods. Thanks for the idea Billy Joe. - Ben arnoldComments re article 76527 Kentucky Color Covered walkways a good idea for Columbia This story was posted on 2015-07-20 20:36:17
