Kentucky Color: Covered walkways a good idea for Columbia Personal Commentary - a splendid proposal - CM Click on headline for story with photo(s) By Billy Joe Fudge, VP, Homeplace on Green River A public/private investment in covered walkways around our Downtown Square, to parking lots and to Lindsey Wilson's campus would be a catalyst to innovative growth.
