Green County Grand Jury returns indictments MON 8 June 2015 Indictments brought against 7 individuals, from Adair, Green, Jefferson, and Taylor Counties, of Kentucky. Charges include, among others, criminal possession of a forged instrument, drug, firearm charges; identify theft, unlawful transaction with a minor under 16 yoa, persistent felony offender, trafficking within 1,000 feet of a school. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Monday, 8 June 2015:
