An open, supportive letter to Joyce Coomer

You, young lady, just had a cussin' fit. A-n-d if anyone was ever justified in their expletive laced tirade, it would most probably be you. Although I, for the most part, don't partake in the upper echelons of "verbal painting by adjective," I certainly can appreciate the level of frustration and feel the pain which inspired such a majestic piece of art.

Any time you want to create another masterpiece, consider how Queen Anne's Lace is discriminated against by every highway and byway mower and yahoo with a weed eater. Additional inspiration might be garnered from the further humiliation of Queen Anne's Lace being commonly, and I might say meanly, referred to as "Chigger Weed." Oh the pain... Billy Joe Fudge-
