George writes: If the Stotts contract had been honored the Columbia-Adair county grant money would have remained in Adair County; entered the Adair County dollar cycle; worked Adair County residents. Now additional and unnecessary expenses will be incurred. Adair County will lose out because of an ill-advised decision.
