Casey County injury collision when driver runs off road 1995 Toyota Camry strikes parked car and garage. Driver admitted to Casey County Hospital, cited for several violations. A 10 year old passenger was uninjured. By TFC William Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police, Post 15, Columbia, KY LIBERTY, KY - Tpr. Adam Likins is investigating a collision that occurred today at 12:40pmET, 4 miles west of Liberty on KY 70. 33-year-old Rebecca Joines, of Liberty, was operating a westbound 1995 Toyota Camry when she ran off the roadway and struck a parked car and garage. Joines was admitted to Casey County Hospital and cited to appear in court for DUI 1st, No Insurance, Expired Registration Plates and Expired Registration Receipt.
