The couple has been together 11 years . Norman lived in Columbia for 20-plus years. Jackie for 12 years, in the Chance area of Adair County. They write, "We are glad that times are a changing. It is about equal rights for everyone. To some people a Marriage license is Something they can get anytime. For us, - we have waited for a long time for this to happen.
