Adair County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 23 Jun 2015

Indictments brought against 12 individuals. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 23 Jun 2015:

  • Holly G. Stuchell (D/O/B 09/20/1977), Tessa Loop, Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00044. Charged with 2 count(s). Count 1 - Distribution of obscene matter to minors, 1st degree. Count 2 - Unlawful Transaction with Minor 2nd degree. Bail set at $2,500 c/sec prop. Arraignment July 14, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Mariod R. Rutledge (D/O/B 04/24/1955), Dean Durham Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00045. Charged with 1 count(s). Count 1 - Sexual abuse 1st degree. Bail set at 10,000 c/sec prop. Arraignment July 14, 2015 at 1pmCT. No contact with victim.

  • David L. Murphy (D/O/B 02/13/1977) Indictment No. 15-CR-00046. Charged with 1 count(s). Count 1 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Bail set at $5,000 c/sec prop. Arraignment July 14, 2015 at 1pmCT.

  • Truman T. Kemp (D/O/B 04/01/1997), Mack St., Columbia, KY Indictment No 15-CR-00047. Charged with 2 count(s). Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Assault, 4th degree. Bail set at $25,000 c/sec prop. Arraignment July 14, 2015 at 1pmCT.
