KSP arrests Indiana man on DUI charges By TFC Wm. Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY JAMESTOWN, KY (Mon 22 Jun 2015) - 36-year-old Michael Abney, of Indianapolis IN, was arrested Saturday, June 20th at 8:51pmCT on KY 92. Abney was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle U/Influence of Alc/Drugs/ETC .08 - 1st Offense, Failure to Wear Seatbelt and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
