She was a native of Green County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of her death. She was the daughter of Eugene Neagle and Cora Mae Kessler Neagle and the widow of Rommie Lewis "Pete" White. She leaves 19 direct living descendants.

The funeral services for Mrs. Roxie Leontine White will be conducted at 10amCT, Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 N Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Ladies Chapel Cemetery. Bro. Garnett Wayne Davis, and Bro. James Wright will be officiating. Visitation is requested from 3pm until 9pmCT, Wednesday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Thursday until time of the funeral service. Pallbearers: Randy Davenport, Mike Dickson, Noah Wright, Robert Neagle, Robbie Simpson, Rual W. Neagle, and Roger D. Neagle. She was born on July 17, 1916 in Green County, KY. She departed this life on Monday, June 15, 2015 at Diversicare of Glasgow, Barren County, KY. She was 98 years, 10 months, and 29 days of age. She united in marriage to Rommie Lewis "Pete" White on January 21, 1933 who preceded her in death on April 13, 1999. Survivors include:
