DUI arrests follows single vehicle wreck on LBN Parkway

ACSO Deputy Adam Cravens assisted by Deputy Mark Selby. Charges alleged include DUI 2nd, possession of marijuana, prescription drug not in original container, and failure to produce insurance card.

Adair County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a single vehicle collision on the Cumberland Parkway at around midnight, Tuesday, June 2, 2015. A caller had advised they had witnessed vehicle leave road hitting a guardrail before coming back onto the shoulder and stopping.



Deputies arrived at the 41 mile marker in the eastbound lane and found Ronald Langbauer 45, of Jamestown slumped over in the drivers seat of his 1996 Pontiac Grand AM with the engine still running.

After he was awaked, deputies spoke to Langbauer and then took him into custody. Langbauer was charged with DUI 2nd offense, possession of marijuana, prescription drug not in original container, and failure to produce insurance card. He was lodged in the Adair County Jail, Columbia, KY.

Deputy Adam Cravens was the arresting officer. He was assisted on the scene by Deputy Mark Selby. - Deputy Adam Cravens
