Clinton Co., KY woman charged with DUI By TFC Wm. Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police 15, Columbia, KY ALBANY, KY (2 Jun 2015) – 52-year-old Anna K. Hogan, of Albany, was arrested today at 4:04pmCT, in the limits of Albany on KY 553. She was charged with DUI 1st, No Registration Plates, No Registration Receipt, Failure to Wear Seat Belt, Failure of Owner to Maintain Insurance, No Operator's License and Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Degree.
