By Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 4, Elizabethtown, KY

ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (Wed 27 May 2015 03:09pmCT) -I65 South is closed at MP 102 due to a multiple commercial vehicle crash. Traffic is being detoured off at Exit 105, south onto KY 61 and rejoin I65 in Elizabethtown, KY.

Northbound is also slow moving through the area. Heavy rain is moving into the region and will add to difficult driving conditions. Motorists (northbound and southbound) are advised to be prepared for stopped/slow traffic upon approaching the queue.

Duration is expected to be 4+ hours. Southbound motorists coming out of Louisville should consider US 31W or US 31E coming south toward Elizabethtown.
