16 LW Nursing program students in May 2015 pinning ceremony Adair Countian Audrey Tayse, KY Secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services will deliver address at 101st commencement ceremony, at 10amCT Saturday, May 9, in Biggers Sports Center, 360 Spickard Drive, Columbia, KY. By Duane Bonifer Public Relations Director, Lindsey Wilson College The Lindsey Wilson College Nursing Division honored its 16 seniors Thursday night with a pinning ceremony in V.P. Henry Auditorium. The 16 seniors, who will receive a bachelor of science degree in nursing on Saturday from the liberal arts college, received a lapel pin from the college's nursing faculty to symbolically welcome them into the nursing profession. Participating this year are: Alexander Lucas Sneed of Columbia, KY; Destiny Janelle Ryan of Manchester, KY; Alison Nicole McGaughey of Mount Eden, KY; Michelle Lee Meredith of Summersville, KY; Jessica Nicole Bardin of Columbia; Ashley Marie Emmitt of Glasgow, KY; Chelsey Renee Foley of Louisville, KY; and Susana Maribel Salvador Meda of Guatemala City, Guatemala. Brandy Gayle Wooldridge of Owensboro, KY; Musa Mawanda of Kampala, Uganda; Morgan Ann Lawson of London, KY; Jessica Ann Wilkinson of Columbia; Nicole Bernard Garner of Russell Springs, KY; Ashley Nicole Harris of Edmonton, KY; Cambry Brooklyn Underwood of Greensburg, KY; and James Allen Johnson of Russell Springs, KY. 210 degrees will be be awarded in 101st Commencement < LWC will award a total of 210 undergraduate and graduate degrees its 101st commencement ceremony, which will be held at 10amCT Saturday, May 9, in Biggers Sports Center, 360 Spickard Drive, Columbia, KY. Kentucky Secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services Audrey Tayse Haynes, who is an Adair County native and Lindsey Wilson alumna, will deliver the spring commencement address. Haynes will also receive an honorary doctorate from LWC, as will trustee emeritus Tom Carter of Danville, Ky. Following commencement ceremony, the Lindsey Wilson National Alumni Association will hold a reception for graduates and guests in Roberta D. Cranmer Dining & Conference Center, 430 Helen Flatt Drive The commencement ceremony will be shown on closed-circuit television in the Norma & Glen Hodge Center for Discipleship, 402 Helen Flatt Drive, Columbia, KY.
