Green County Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 6 May 2015

Indictments brought against 3 individuals.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 6 May 2015:

Donovan D. Burton (D/O/B: 03/21/1993), Hillview Terrace, Greensburg, KY. Indictment No. 15-CR-16. Charged with 14 count(s). Counts 1 through 6 - Sexual abuse 1st degree. Counts 7-12 Sodomy 3rd degree. Count 13 - Unlawful transaction with minor 1st degree illegal sex act under 16 years of age. Count 14 - Unlawful transaction with minor 2nd degree. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with the complaining witness.

Michelle Shirley (D/O/B: 10/05/1977), Hillview Terrace, Greensburg, KY. Indictment No. 15-CR-17. Charged with 4 count(s). Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense methamphetamine. Count 2 - Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense drug unspecified. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia-buy/possess. Count 4 - Wanton endangerment 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured.

Derek Harris (D/O/B: 01/10/1979), Hwy 566, Magnolia, KY. Indictment No. 15-CR-18. Charged with 4 count(s). Count 1 - Burglary 3rd degree. Count 2 - Theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000. Count 3 - Criminal mischief 2nd degree. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash.
