Monroe Co., KY man charged with DUI By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY TOMPKINSVILLE, KY – 18-year-old Tyler Graves, of Tompkinsville, was arrested Friday, May 1, 2015 at approximately 11:50pmCT on KY 163, 3 miles north of Tompkinsville. Graves was operating a 2009 Nissan Pickup and was charged with Speeding, Failure to Wear Seatbelt, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage in Motor Vehicle and DUI under 21.
