Kenny Absher: Friend of Court should file motion to dismiss Kenny Absher writes: Perhaps I am wrong, but its seems to me someone could file with the Court of Appeals in this matter, as a Friend of the Court, a Motion to Dismiss this action due to the error made when the decision was made without a quorum.
