Carson Lee Johnson, infant, Casey Co., KY (2015-2015) Carson Lee Johnson, was born March 29, 2015, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2015, at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY at the age of 27 days. He was the infant son of Brian and Lauren Price Johnson. The Johnson family will have a private funeral ceremony. There will be no visitation. Other survivors include:
