(Judge Stephens makes statement on appeal) 2) Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss 270-384-2776, a member of the Board of Elections. 3) County Court Clerk Lisa Greer, 270-384-2801, a member of the Board of Elections. (Her statement on Judge Vance's ruling on Mayor's Race 4) Adair County Attorney Jennifer Hutchison Corbin, 270-384-2706 who will give legal counsel to the Board of Elections. Members of the Board. The Adair County Board of Elections will meet in Executive Session today, Wed 22 Apr 2015, at 2:30pmCT in the Adair County Courthouse Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. The main topic of business is not public, but the timing for the meeting suggests it will be a decision of the Board to appeal or not appeal Judge Judy Vance's ruling which voided the 4 Nov 2014 Mayoral Election. From what we have learned so far, the decision could affect every citizen of Adair County financially, though that is not the main concern. The main issue is how the democratic process is best served:
