Columbia Police currently investigating fatality collision Two confirmed fatalities. Full report awaits confirmation of notifications by Adair County Coroner Todd Akin By Ofc. Josh Brockman Columbia Police Department Columbia Police Department is currently investigating a two vehicle collision at the Veterans Memorial Bypass and KY 61 south intersection. The investigation is ongoing and at this time there are two confirmed fatalities as a result of the collision. We will release a full report when we have confirmed through Adair County Coroner Todd Akins Office that all notifications have been made .
