Both Lindey Young and her brother, Elliott, help Campbellsville University basketball programs achieve phenomenal success this year

By Laura Murrell

Lindey Young is the Great Niece of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Coffey, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Coffey, and Mrs. Shirley Holt of the Montpelier community of Adair County. She has many family members with Adair County and Casey County ties.<

She was a standout at Bullitt East high school and is a senior at Campbellsville University. Her brother, Elliott, who was also a basketball standout at Bullitt East, is a sophomore at Campbellsville University and helped his team go far in the tournament action this season, as well.

Two fine young people helping Campbellsville University's basketball program achieve phenomenal success this year! Lindey and Elliott are the children of Carla and Vincent Young of Mt. Washington, Kentucky and the grandchildren of Carl and June Morgan Coffey of Glasgow. --Laura Murrell
