Tri-county tobacco production meeting 10 Mar 2015 Meeting will be in Greensburg, KY, for Taylor, Adair & Green Counties By Nick Roy All tobacco companies now require that growers participate in GAP training on an annual basis. Annual tobacco production meetings offered by the Cooperative Extension Service will now be combined with GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) training so that growers can receive GAP re-certification at the same time of hearing latest research results on the production of burley tobacco. The annual Tri-County tobacco production meeting will be held at the Green County Extension Office, 298 Happyville Road, Greensburg, KY, March 10, 2015 at 10amCT.
