By Matthew Stokes
News from Lindsey Wilson College

COLUMBIA, KY - Kellen Wilson has signed an NAIA scholarship to join the Lindsey Wilson College men's golf program beginning in the 2015-16 season, head coach Eric Wyrick announced on Friday, February 27, 2015. Currently a student-athlete at Pulaski County High School in Somerset, Kentucky, Wilson is a two-time state championship qualifier as well as the Region 10 Individual Champion in 2013.

"We are thrilled to welcome Kellen into our program," Wyrick said. "He is a very solid player who works diligently on his game and is a quality young man. Kellen comes from a successful high school program and has a winning attitude along with quality leadership skills. "Kellen has truly prepared himself for collegiate golf with not only his high school golf, but also a challenging summer schedule of state-wide events and multiple national events. Because of his experience and work ethic, the sky is the limit. I have no doubt that he will have a very successful career at Lindsey Wilson."
