Swimming Teams earn CSCAA Academic Honors

COLUMBIA, Ky. - The Lindsey Wilson men's and women's swimming teams have earned College Swimming Coaches Association of America's scholar All American honors for the 2014-15 fall semester, CSCAA officials recently announced.

The Blue Raiders' men's team finished with the top grade point average of the three institutions that qualified for the award. The men's squad produced a 3.22 GPA during the Fall term.

The Lindsey Wilson women were one of six NAIA institutions to achieve the honor. The women's team earned a 3.44 GPA.

The Fall Team Scholar All American award is presented to college and university swimming and diving teams, who have achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or higher in the fall semester or quarter.

The Blue Raiders' swimming teams placed second at the Mid-South Conference Swimming Championships.
