Columbia Police arrest pair on shoplifting, drug charges Responding to theft related complaint, Officer Josh Brockman and Drew Conn arrest pair who now face allegations of shoplifting, drug violations and more. They have been lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail. By Ofc. Josh Brockman, Public Affairs Officer Columbia Police Department, Chief Jason Cross On Sunday, February 15, 2015 Columbia Police Department responded to Walmart on a theft related complaint. Officers was advised suspects were attempting to leave in Blue 2008 Ford F-150 with excess of 100.00 dollars of stolen merchandise.
