Alta Mae Cook, 91, Adair Co., KY (1923-2015) She was a member of Purdy Separate Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Lucian & Belle (Redmon) Burton, and the widow of James (Jim) Cook. Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her husband James (Jim) Cook, Daughter Donna Sue Cook, six brothers Finis, Ernest, Forest, Jake, Kyle, and Leonard Burton and one sister Ruthie Knight.
