Columbia Police arrest 64 year old man on drug charges CPD executes sealed indictment. Adair County man arrested on drug trafficking charges after recent narcotics investigation. By Ofc. Josh Brockman, Public Information Officer Columbia Police Department, Chief, Jason Cross On Thursday, February 12, 2015 Columbia Police Department executed a sealed indictment arrest warrant issued by Adair Circuit Court. Arrested was 64 year old Charles Childers who was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree 1st offense. Childers was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
