Larry A. Austin, 65, of Russell Springs, KY, passed away at 1628 Military, Sunday, February 1, peacefully, at his residence.

Memorial Service at at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, at 5pmCT, on Thursday, February 5, 2015. Friends are invited to call Thursday at 3pmCT, till time of service at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel.


Mr. Larry A. Austin, Russell Co., KY (1949-2015)

Larry was born in Charleston, Kanawha County, WV on October 15, 1949. He was a son of the late Norma (Buckner) and Emmit Austin. He died Sunday, February 1, 2015, at his home in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 65 years, two months, and 17 days.
BR> He served in the U.S. Army. He worked as a Factory Worker at GM and the Jamestown Marina.

He was the husband of Pamela (Mills) Austin.

Larry is survived by:
  • A daughter: Sonja Angel, of Jamestown, KY

  • A son: Anthony Partridge, of Georgia

  • Two brothers: Roger, husband of Annie Austin, of Franklin,OH; and David, husband of Rita Austin, of Tipp City,OH

  • Six grandchildren

  • Two great grandchildren
