D'on Hall earns MSC Men's Basketball Player of the Week honors D'on Hall averaged 22.5 points and 5.5 rebounds while helping Lindsey Wilson to a pair of upsets during the week Click on headline for complete story with photo By Charles Balcom News from Lindsey Wilson College COLUMBIA, KY - Senior D'on Hall is the Mid-South Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday, February 2, 2015. The weekly award is the first of the season for Hall and third of his career. He becomes the first Blue Raider to earn the honor this season. The San Bernardino, California, guard averaged 22.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game last week while helping Lindsey Wilson upset a pair of ranked opponents. Hall narrowly missed a double-double in the Blue Raiders' 82-66 win over No. 23 Cumberlands (KY) on Thursday night. He scored 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds to propel Lindsey Wilson to victory over a ranked opponent for the first time this season. On Saturday, Hall poured in a career-high 27 points as Lindsey Wilson topped No. 2 Pikeville (KY). He added five steals as the Blue Raiders earned a season split with the conference leading Bears. Hall concluded the week shooting 53.8 percent (14-of-26) from the field and 76.5 percent (13-of-17) from the free throw line. He is currently 14th in the MSC in scoring (12.2 points per game) and 12th in the conference with 30 3-pointers this season.
