Second suspect in the Kansas City kidnapping matter in custody Juvenile taken into custody earlier today, Wed 29 Jan 2016, in Radcliff, KY. Next previous related story: KY charges filed against FBI fugitive captured in Lincoln Co., KY By Mary Trotman, Chief Division Counsel, FBI, Louisville, KY office The second individual being sought in connection to the kidnapping and carjacking that occurred in Kansas City on January 22, 2015 was taken into custody earlier today in Radcliff, KY, without incident. No additional details will be released by the FBI at this time regarding this matter, as the individual in question is considered a juvenile in the Federal prosecution system.
