Campbellsville PD arrests man suspected of robbing Forcht Bank Suspect was seen leaving bank driving black Jeep Grand Cherokee, which police spotted at intersection of KY 210/KY55/US68 - the four way by the old Fruit of the Loom site. Suspect stopped a short distance east, at Broadway & Federal Place and was taken into custody without incident. Prior to officers arrival the suspect left driving a black Jeep Grand Cherokee with a undetermined amount of cash and armed with a handgun. Officers observed the vehicle at the intersection of 210/55/68, and were able to stop the vehicle at the intersection of Broadway and Federal Place. Officers were able to take the suspect into custody without incident. Thomas Riley (BM age 51) of Lexington, KY was charged with Robbery 1st and lodged in Taylor County Detention, Campbellsville, KY. The investigation is ongoing and future charges are possible.
