Carolyn June Moore, age 74 of Cincinnati, OH, passed away on Sunday January 11, 2015 at her residence.

Graveside Services will be held 2pmCT/3pmET, Wednesday January 14, 2015 at Tapscott Cemetery in Casey County, KY. Robert Lee Beal officiating. Burial will be in the Tapscott Cemetery.

Carolyn June Moore, age 74 of Cincinnati, OH, passed away on Sunday January 11, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Liberty, Casey County, KY on June 9 1940, at the age of 74 years, She was the daughter of the late William Edgar and Virgie Mae Carter Beal.

She was the widow of Herman Lee Moore.

Survivors include:
  • Three sisters: Agnes Pauline Lawhorn of Cincinnati, OH; Betty Bell of Hustonville, KY; and Teresa Lewis of Lynchburg, TN

  • Three brothers: Elza Don Beal of Phoenix, AZ; Danny Ray Beal of Emory, TX ; and Robert Lee Beal of Lynchburg, TN.
Preceding her in death besides her parents and husband were Two brothers, Charles Samuel and William Edward Beal; and one sister, Sarah Mae Brown.
