Thanks, Billy Joe Fudge - In additition to the annex, Rhonda Loy has announced that the basement of City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, is available as a shelter, and this morning, Larry Smith of FM 92.7 the WAVE told us that Russell County Judge Executive Gary Robertson has announced that the Russell County Courthouse, 410 Monument Square, Jamestown, KY is available as a shelter from the frigid weather.
