Albert Junior Fields, age 81, of Edmonton, KY, died Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Funeral services will be held 7pmCT, Sunday, January 4, 2015, at ButlerFuneral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial at 10amCT, Monday, January 5, 2014, at the Metcalfe County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4pmCT, until service time, Sunday, at the funeral home.



He was the son of the late Raymond and Fanny Harper Fields.

He is survived by the following:
  • Two daughters: Debbie Grissom and husband Tommy of Edmonton, KY; and Teresa Basham and husband Timmy of Edmonton, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Jeremy Fields and wife Anna of Edmonton, KY; and Justin Grissom and finance Sarah Wilson of Edmonton, KY

  • Two brothers: Lonnie Fields of Molene, Illinois, and David Fields of Bowl ing Green, KY

  • Three sisters; Susie Bennett of Glasgow, KY; Ruthie Miller of Louisville, KY; and Pricilla Bragg of Horse Cave, KY

  • Two great grandchildren: Zackary and Wyatt
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ethel Fields and a brother Clarence Fields.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
