GLENDALE, KY - Kentucky State Police Post 4 in Elizabethtown is investigating a bank robbery that occurred at the West Point Bank on East Main Street in Glendale this afternoon.



On Tuesday, December 23, 2014, at approximately 2:45pmET, a white male entered the bank with a handgun demanding cash. The suspect exited the building a short time later with an undisclosed amount of money.

No one was injured at the scene. According to witnesses and after looking at surveillance, the suspect was described as a white male, 5'9" to 6' tall wearing a black ski mask and a green hoodie with blue jeans and black shoes.

He fled the scene in a white, late model, minivan with an obscured license plate.

Anyone with any information is asked to call KSP Post 4 at 270-766-5078 or local law enforcemen
