She died Monday, December 22, 2014, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 79 years, two months, and 20 days. She was a hairdresser and a member of Clear Springs Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Diane Pafford; a sister, Lila Jean Sisler and three brothers, Lloyd, Donald, and Paul Peaslee. Survivors include her husband Charles "Pete" Roark, Russell Springs, KY, and the following:
