TCSO arrests Campbellsville man on theft charges Investigations are ongoing The Taylor County Sheriff's Office arrested Brandon Edelen, 27, of Campbellsville, KY, on charges alleging theft by unlawful taking over $10,000, receiving stolen property under $10,000, being a persistent felony offender, and parole violation. Deputy Branden Wilson of the TCSO made the arrest on Monday, December 22, 2014, a 3:63pmET, a location on Tharp Drive, in Campbellsville. The investigations are open and ongoing and further charges are pending. Taylor County Sheriff's Department has investigated several complaints of theft in Taylor over the past few months.
