KSP investigating fatality accident on Bluegrass Parkway

Early morning single vehicle accident takes life of New Haven, KY man

ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (18 Dec 2014) Kentucky State Police Post 4 in Elizabethtown is investigating a single vehicle fatality accident that occurred this morning on the Bluegrass Parkway.

At approximately 1:04amET, Glenn Edward Stratton III (21) of New Haven, KY was traveling Eastbound on the Parkway at the 2 mile marker. For unknown reasons, Mr. Stratton's 2000 Chrysler 300M left the roadway and struck a guardrail. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hardin Co. Coroner's Office.

KSP was assisted at the scene by Hardin County EMS and the Central Hardin Fire Dept. The accident is still under investigation by a KSP accident reconstructionist. - KSP Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY
