Armed bandit hits Sims 208 Liquor Store

Lone armed bandit robs store, flees with undisclosed amount of money

An armed robbery occurred sometime in the evening hours, of Wednesday, December 10, 2014, at Sims 208 Liquors on the Calvary Road in Marion County, just north of the Taylor/Marion County line.




The robbery is being investigated by the Marion County Sheriff's Office, Lebanon, KY. According to information we have gathered so far, there were a number of people in the store when a lone armed man entered the store, robbed it, and fled with an as yet undisclosed about of money.
