Comments re article 71633 MESSIAHSing performance for 2014 at CBC was spectacular

George Kolbenschlag writes:
Gerald Chafin thanking us for attending the remarkable MESSIAH Sing performance last evening!

We should be thanking Gerald, Wan Soo Cho, the musicians from the Louisville Orchestra, the Lindsey Singers and Concert Choir rather than the musicians thanking us.

It was a magnificent evening of inspired music. Thanks to those who brought Columbia such a wonderful program! And there's more to come Friday, with the Christmas performance of the Lindsey Wilson band under the direction of Tim Allen Friday at 7pmCT at Biggers Sports Center, and the performance of the Lindsey Players of The Christmas Carol at 8pmCT in the V.P. Henry Auditorium at 8pmCT. These first class cultural events bode well for the future of our community. - GEORGE KOLBENSCHLAG
LWC College Band annual Winter Concert. - Admission Free. At 7pmCT, Fri 5 Dec 2014 at Biggers Sports Center, 360 Spickard Drive, Columbia, KY. - TIM ALLEN, Director
