Raydena "Dana" Lobb, 55, formerly of Green County, KYdeparted this life on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

The funeral services for Raydena "Dana" Lobb were conducted at 1pmCT, Saturday, November 8, 2014, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY with burial to follow in the Greasy Creek Cemetery. Bro. James Wheeler and Bro. David Bastin officiated. Visitation was 5pm-8pmCT, Friday, November 7, 2014, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Saturday until time of the funeral service.



Pallbearers: Alvin D. Matney, Seth Raines, Brian Garrett, Johnnie Garrett, Alvin C. Matney, Arnold Matney.

Raydena "Dana" Lobb, Green County, KY (1959-2014)

Raydena "Dana" Lobb formerly of Green County, daughter of Geneva Lobb Wilcoxson of Greensburg, and the late Clarence Lobb, was born on Friday, May 22, 1959 in Taylor County, Kentucky, and departed this life on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, Barren County, KY. She was 55 years, five months, and 15 days of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Free Bethel General Baptist Church in Cave City. She was also a retired Certified Nursing Assistant and in home caretaker. Besides her mother, she is survived by the following:
  • Her children: Alvin D. Matney and his companion, Heather Ervin of Green County, KY; Jessica Garrett and her husband Brian of Munfordville, KY; and Seth Raines of Horse Cave, KY

  • Her step-father: Junior Wilcoxson of Greensburg, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Allye Matney of Green County, KY; Taylor Garrett and Haydan Garrett, both of Munfordville, KY

  • Two brothers: Larry Lobb and Mark Lobb both of Greensburg, KY

  • Four sisters: Linda Rodgers and Ramona Simpson both of Greensburg, KY; and Frieda Jeffries, and Debbie Grammer both of Campbellsville, KY

  • and a host of other relatives and friends
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the burial expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.

The Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY in charge of arrangements.
