Virginia driver injured in KY 70 collision, Casey County By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LIBERTY, KY - (29 Oct 2014) Tpr. Adam Likins is investigating a collision that occurred today at 7:40amET, 4 miles east of Liberty on KY 70. 60-year-old Glenita Gail Vannostrand, of Clintwood, VA, was traveling west on KY 70, operating a 1998 Jeep. Vannostrand was traveling west on KY 70 when she lost control of her vehicle as she topped a hill, overcorrected, traveled off of the roadway and struck the ditch-line.
